- 250 300 gr dark meat (sheep or lamb raw meatballs pulled 3-4 times)
- 3 4 tea glasses of bagel (bulgur for meatballs)
- 1 onion
- 5 -6 cloves of dried garlic
- 2 tablespoons of hot pepper paste
- 2 tablespoons of hot ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of meatball seasoning (a mixture of all spices as powder)
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Half a vineyard of parsley
