Ingredients for Etiz Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 3 tea glasses of brown fine bulgur for meatballs
- 1 piece tomato
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 spring onions
- 10, 15 sprigs of parsley

- Half a teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt
- 2 teaspoons of pepper paste
- Half a tea glass of yoghurt (if our bulgur is still fresh after mixing)
- 1 tea glass of pomegranate syrup
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of isot
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1, 5 teaspoons of chili paste
Etiz Raw Meatballs Recipe Preparation
- First, mix all the spices in half a glass of water by adding tomato paste.
- Kneading Put the bulgur, finely chopped onion and garlic in your bowl and knead for 5 minutes without adding any water.
- Chop the greens into small pieces and add them to our mixture and knead until they are well crushed.
- We add our tomato grater and salt and knead until the tomato juice is absorbed.
- Lastly, let’s add our spicy sauce and lemon juice and knead for 25 -30 minutes.
- If our bulgur is still fresh, let’s add half a tea glass of yogurt.
- My yogurt Since I have a machine, I don’t need to add it.
- For the hot sauce, let’s mix all the ingredients well and let it sit for 30 minutes and eat it like that (for our isot to swell).
