Ingredients for Etiz Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 3 tea glasses of brown fine bulgur for meatballs
  • 1 piece tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 spring onions
  • 10, 15 sprigs of parsley

  • 1 tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of isot
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1, 5 teaspoons of chili paste

Etiz Raw Meatballs Recipe Preparation

  1. First, mix all the spices in half a glass of water by adding tomato paste.
  2. Kneading Put the bulgur, finely chopped onion and garlic in your bowl and knead for 5 minutes without adding any water.
  3. Chop the greens into small pieces and add them to our mixture and knead until they are well crushed.
  4. We add our tomato grater and salt and knead until the tomato juice is absorbed.
  5. Lastly, let’s add our spicy sauce and lemon juice and knead for 25 -30 minutes.
  6. If our bulgur is still fresh, let’s add half a tea glass of yogurt.
  7. My yogurt Since I have a machine, I don’t need to add it.
  8. For the hot sauce, let’s mix all the ingredients well and let it sit for 30 minutes and eat it like that (for our isot to swell).
