Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 4 cups of fine brown bulgur with meatballs (I normally always make it from normal raw meatballs. I can do both)< /li>
  • 500 grams ground beef, ground 3 times
  • 3 onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of hot pepper paste
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste

  • Let’s soak 5 tablespoons of isot + half a tea glass of water
  • 3 tablespoons of chili pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of cumin
  • 3 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. new spring
  • 2 t.k. coriander
  • 2 lemons water
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. pomegranate syrup
  • Parsley
  • Green onion

How to Make Meat Meatballs Recipe?

  1. First, let’s peel the skins of the tomatoes and pull them out of the rondo together with the onion and garlic.
  2. Let’s put them in a large raw meatball tray.
  3. Bulgur and tomato paste and let’s knead for 20 minutes by adding the springs. Let’s knead it.
  4. Let’s mix the liquid oil and pomegranate syrup for 5 minutes.
  5. Add optional green onion and parsley and knead until they are all mixed and shape.
