- 2.5 cups of fine bulgur
- 3 pieces potato ( 350 -400 grams )
- 1 onion

How to Make Potato Bulgur Meatballs Recipe?
- Peel the potatoes and make 4-5 pieces cut neatly. Put water on it and boil it in a medium saucepan.
- When the potatoes are soft, take them off the stove and drain the water so that there is about 1 tea glass of boiling water in it. Without wasting time, pour it into a deep bowl with a lid.
- Add 2,5 water glasses of bulgur immediately and mix. Close the lid without wasting time (this process should take a short time. The heat of the potato and boiling water will make the bulgur swell). Let the bulgur swell for 15-20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put oil in the pan and add the finely chopped onion. After sautéing for a short time, turn off the stove. Mix olive oil in a small bowl and add paprika to it. Wash and chop the green onions and parsley.
- Open the lid of the bulgur with potatoes and add tomato paste, salt and spices. Knead until the ingredients are mixed. Add the oil-onion mixture in the pan and the olive oil red pepper flakes and knead again. Take it on a serving plate and serve with lettuce and lemon.
