Meatless Çiğköfte Recipe Preparation
- First, mix a glass of olive oil and isot in a bowl and then add the other ingredients. Leave it to rest until the processes are done.
- Pour 3 glasses of brown bulgur on top of 1.5 glasses of boiling water and infuse for 15 minutes.
- Chop it with a knife as if it is grated very finely and squeeze out the water with your hands.
- Mix the brewed bulgur with the squeezed onions.
- Then finely chop the garlic and add it to it.
- Add the rested isolate and knead until the color comes out.
- Add all the remaining ingredients gradually and knead in an unordered manner.
- After kneading until it becomes firm, let it rest for 20 minutes (about 15-20 minutes).
- Your meatballs are ready. Be sure to use gloves in the shaping part and before the shaping process, cover your hands with light olive oil. It will take a smooth shape.
