Ingredients for Meatless Çiğköfte Recipe

Meatless Çiğköfte Recipe Preparation

  1. First, mix a glass of olive oil and isot in a bowl and then add the other ingredients. Leave it to rest until the processes are done.
  2. Pour 3 glasses of brown bulgur on top of 1.5 glasses of boiling water and infuse for 15 minutes.
  3. Chop it with a knife as if it is grated very finely and squeeze out the water with your hands.
  4. Mix the brewed bulgur with the squeezed onions.
  5. Then finely chop the garlic and add it to it.
  6. Add the rested isolate and knead until the color comes out.
  7. Add all the remaining ingredients gradually and knead in an unordered manner.
  8. After kneading until it becomes firm, let it rest for 20 minutes (about 15-20 minutes).
  9. Your meatballs are ready. Be sure to use gloves in the shaping part and before the shaping process, cover your hands with light olive oil. It will take a smooth shape.
