Ingredients for Meatless Çiğköfte Recipe

Meatless Çiğköfte Recipe Preparation

  1. First of all, let’s wet our fine bulgur with water and brew it. The amount of water should be less than the bulgur, the bulgur should remain slightly firm, and when combined with other sauces, it will swell by kneading anyway.
  2. On the other hand, let’s pass the onion through the rind (make sure to squeeze the juice so that it is not bitter).
  3. Add the garlic and tomato sauce .
  4. Let’s add tomato paste and all the spices.
  5. Let’s squeeze 1 lemon.

  7. After kneading for half an hour, add pomegranate syrup, olive oil and parsley, knead for another 15 minutes and shape.

  9. You can serve with lots of greens and extra lemon and pomegranate syrup.
