  • 1 and a half tea glass of oil

  • half a tea glass of ground red pepper
  • half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of sumac
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • half a lemon
  • ice as needed

How to Make Meatless Cheesecake Recipe

  1. First, we take our bulgur into the bowl, pour 2 glasses of boiling water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes, we add the above-mentioned ingredients and start kneading. (If you have a dough kneading machine, it will be easier if you do it. )
  3. And if you cut half a lemon and throw it in while kneading, it will give lemon flavor and it will be more delicious.
  4. If you think your dough is dry, add ice. you can. (If you put ice instead of cold water, the bulgur will slowly absorb the water and its consistency will be better. If we squeeze it, then there will be no bitter taste in raw meatballs.
  5. We knead our dough for about 45 minutes and 1 hour.
  6. It will be more delicious if you wrap it in cling film and let it rest for half an hour before serving. < li>Finally, you can shape it in the size you want and serve it.
