- We put our fine bulgur, of which one tea glass is left per person, into a kneading bowl.
- We add the chopped onion, garlic, 1 tablespoon tomato paste and spices and start kneading.
- We use canned tomatoes for softening.
- When our fine bulgur is kneaded, add the parsley with a can of tomato for the last time and add the parsley.
- Add the tomato paste that we burned in the oil while kneading. >
