Meatless Çiğköfte (It Will Not Look Ready)

Ingredients for the Meatless Çiğköfte (Non-Ready) Recipe

  • 4 glasses of brown bulgur if you don’t have it, it will be in normal fine bulgur
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 2. 5 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2. 5 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 1. 5 tablespoons of chili flakes
  • Half a tea glass of isot (adjust accordingly if you don’t like spicy)
  • Half a tea glass of chili powder
  • 3 grated garlic
  • Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • Slightly missing oil in 1 tea glass li>
  • 2 tablespoons of sumac
  • 1. 5 teaspoons of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 onions (to be grated and juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt, adjust as desired

How to Make Meatless Çiğköfte (Not Just Ready) Recipe

  1. Meatballs on bulgur 2 Add a glass of boiled water and let it rest for 10 minutes
  2. Add all the ingredients and knead well.
    (If your raw meatball mortar is too thick, add some tomato grated or cold water and knead until it reaches the desired consistency)
  3. Chop half a bunch of parsley (I didn’t use it) into small pieces and knead it well, then squeeze it in your hand and shape it and your raw meatballs are ready.
