Meatless Full Sized Raw Meatballs

Ingredients for Meatless Whole Meat Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 cups of fine bulgur
  • 2 water glass of brown bulgur
  • 2 glasses of boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon of hot pepper paste (You can adjust the hot pepper to your taste)
  • 2 medium onions

  • Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons of isot
  • 4 tablespoons of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of sumac
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of salt

How to Make Meatless Full Sized Raw Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Soak 4 glasses of bulgur with 2 glasses of boiling water and cover.
  2. Add the spices , mix and cover until you prepare the other ingredients.
  3. Grate the onion and tomato paste as seen in the video.
  4. Add the other ingredients except parsley and knead for 20-30 minutes. I preferred to knead in the kitchen chef, but you can knead by hand.
  5. Add parsley and a little more olive oil to adjust the consistency better, knead in my hand for another 10 minutes, shape and transfer to a serving plate. (it looks brighter if you squeeze it with gloves).
