- 2 cups of fine bulgur
- 2 water glass of brown bulgur

How to Make Meatless Full Sized Raw Meatballs Recipe?
- Soak 4 glasses of bulgur with 2 glasses of boiling water and cover.
- Add the spices , mix and cover until you prepare the other ingredients.
- Grate the onion and tomato paste as seen in the video.
- Add the other ingredients except parsley and knead for 20-30 minutes. I preferred to knead in the kitchen chef, but you can knead by hand.
