- 2 cups of brown bulgur for meatballs

How to Make Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe?
- Take the bulgur in a bowl, add boiling water to it, mix it, cover it and leave it until it cools.
- Then put the onion and garlic on a tray and knead with salt.
- Let’s add tomato paste on top and knead it.

- Let’s continue kneading by rubbing (mashing) on the tray.

- Let’s continue this process for about 45 minutes. .
