  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of sumac

  1. Take the bulgur in a deep bowl, add boiling water to it, mix it with a wooden spoon, cover it and leave it like this for 10 minutes. in.

  3. Add all the ingredients to the dried bulgur and start kneading.
