Ingredients for Meatless Meatless Meatballs Recipe

  • 4 cups of brown bulgur if you don’t have it, it will be in normal fine bulgur
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of isot
  • 1 tablespoon of ground red pepper
  • 3 grated garlic
  • 1 tea glass of oil and olive oil mixed
  • A little more than half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup< /li>
  • 2 tablespoons of sumac
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 onions (to be grated and juiced)
  • Salt (You can adjust as desired)
  • 2 grated tomatoes

Meatless Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation

  1. Add boiling water to the bulgur for meatballs and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add all the ingredients and knead well.
  3. If you have a dough kneading machine, knead it much easier.
  4. Use tomato grater to adjust the consistency.
  5. Chop half a bunch of parsley into small pieces if desired, knead it well and then squeeze it in your hand and shape it.
  6. It’s better if you shape it with gloves. it is visible and your raw meatballs are ready, you can eat it with peace of mind.
    Lettuce. Pomegranate syrup. Lemon. You can enjoy it with Lavash 🙂
