  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon

  1. First, take your brown bulgur in a large bowl, add boiled water on it and top it Turn it off and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

    (Note; If you want, you can add only the juice (!) of an onion, definitely don’t miss the onion in it because it gives a bitter taste)
