  • 1 lemon

How to Make Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Pour 1 kg of bulgur into the raw meatball tray and add boiling water and mix.
  2. We cover it for 5 minutes and let it rest. We grate the onion and squeeze the juice so that we get the bitter taste of the onion.
  3. We pour the onion and garlic on the bulgur. Grate the tomato and add it to the tray with its juice.
  4. Add the boiled potatoes, tomato paste, oil and pomegranate syrup to the tray. We also add the spices. We knead for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Divide the lemon into two and add it to the mortar and continue kneading.
  6. The juice of the lemon has come out well and the meatballs are thick, and we take the lemon peels from the mortar.
