How to Make Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe?
- Pour 1 kg of bulgur into the raw meatball tray and add boiling water and mix.
- We cover it for 5 minutes and let it rest. We grate the onion and squeeze the juice so that we get the bitter taste of the onion.
- We pour the onion and garlic on the bulgur. Grate the tomato and add it to the tray with its juice.
- Add the boiled potatoes, tomato paste, oil and pomegranate syrup to the tray. We also add the spices. We knead for 15-20 minutes.
- Divide the lemon into two and add it to the mortar and continue kneading.
- The juice of the lemon has come out well and the meatballs are thick, and we take the lemon peels from the mortar.
