Ingredients for Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 4 cups of raw bulgur with raw meatballs
  • 3, 5 glasses of cold water
  • 2 spoons of chili paste hot or sweet as desired
  • 4 spoons of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon of isot
  • 1.5 tablespoons of sumac
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of bitter or sweet ketchup ( hot sauce is also available)
  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • 8 tablespoons of oilHalf a bunch of parsley and a tablespoon of olive oil

How to Make Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe?

  1. First of all oil and the spices I gave above are roasted for a minute or two. Before being taken from the stove, tomato paste is added, turned for a minute and taken out of the oven.
  2. Put the bulgur for meatballs on a kneading tray, pour 1.5 cups of water on it and mix it. The onions are passed through the robot and the juice is squeezed out.
  3. Cold water is run through one round, excess water is squeezed out, added to the bulgur for meatballs, and the garlic is finely grated. It is kneaded in this way for exactly 10 minutes.
  4. At the end of the time, the roasted spices are added and kneaded for another 20 minutes. At the end of the time, add a glass of water and knead for 20 more minutes. It is added, mixed, finely chopped parsley and a spoonful of olive oil are added and kneaded for the last time and prepared for service. Sure it takes a while, but the result is perfect. This recipe from my son loves ready-made raw meatballs. It didn’t taste the same at home. We made this recipe, now we eat it at home, I hope you try the raw meatballs.
