Meatless Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation
- Isolate is added to pomegranate syrup and mixed, oil and tomato zest are added and mixed, hot sauce is prepared.
- All spices or ready-made raw meatball mortar is mixed with bulgur in a bowl, yoghurt and the remaining ingredients are mixed.
- Hot water is diluted with tomato paste, poured into bulgur and kneaded. After 2 minutes, hot sauce is added and kneading is continued for about 5 minutes until the bulgur swells.
