Ingredients for Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 2 cups of bulgur
- 2 cups of boiling water ( for soaking )
- 1.5 tea glass of oil
- 3 tablespoons (tomato and pepper paste in half)
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt< li itemprop="ingredients">1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 3 cloves of garlic

- 5-6 spring onions
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tomato to be grated

Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe Preparation
- We wet the bulgur with boiling water and let it sit for 10 minutes. li>
- We grate the onion, garlic and tomato.
- Chop the pepper finely.
- We mix our tomato paste, oil and spices well, let’s combine all the ingredients by adding lemon juice, pomegranate syrup.
- If you have it, let’s knead it in the food processor, otherwise let’s use the hand blender we use to puree.
- If you want to knead by hand until it is soft (like chewing gum, so to speak)
- Let’s mix water and oil in a bowl, wet our hands, put it on a serving plate with lettuce and lemon.
