  • 4 cups of brown bulgur with meatballs
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 1 large onion or 2 small onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste

  • Half a tea glass of ground red pepper
  • Up to 2 tea glasses of olive oil
  • Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup (pomegranate syrup without additives)
  • Half a tea glass of isot
  • 2 tablespoons of sumac
  • 1, 5 teaspoons of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Optional 2 grated tomatoes (without skin)
  • Ice to add while kneading

How to Make Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe in Full Thickness?

  1. Place the bulgur in a deep bowl, add boiling water to it, mix it with a wooden spoon, cover it and leave it for 10 minutes. Squeeze and add to bulgur. Grate the garlic on the small side of the grater.
  2. Start kneading all the ingredients except tomato juice in a bowl.
  3. Start kneading with 1 tea glass of olive oil in the first place. The tea cup size is 100 ml. It is better to add olive oil according to your last taste.
  4. After mixing all the ingredients, put them on the kneading tray and knead well. You can do the same in the kitchen chef, but do not forget to check it with your hand from time to time to understand the consistency.
  5. Add the second glass of olive oil little by little while kneading in the same way.
