Ingredients for Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe in a Robot Like Turkish Delight
- Fine raw bulgur wheat in 2.5 glasses of water
- 2 glasses of boiled water
- 1 large onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1/4 (quarter) glass of pomegranate syrup
- 1.5 tablespoons of pepper paste
- 1.5 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons spoon isot
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of new spice
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3 dessert spoons of ready-made raw meatball spice mix (I use the 500 gram bagdat brand, adding is optional)
- 1 small tea glass of oat flour (for a Turkish delight consistency)
- 1/2 (half) bunch of parsley
- 1/2 (half) bunch of spring onions

- Take bulgur in a deep bowl, add boiled water to it, mix it with a spoon, cover it and let it brew for 15 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped onion, grated garlic and salt to the brewed bulgur and knead by hand for 2-3 minutes.
- Add all the remaining ingredients except parsley and spring onions and knead by hand until well blended. n and cover it and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Divide the raw meatball dough you took out of the cupboard into 2 and put some of it in the food processor, add half of the finely chopped parsley and fresh onion, and run it through the robot for 3-4 minutes.

- Do the same for the other part and transfer all the dough to the raw meatball kneading tray.
- Add 1 more small tea glass of olive oil on it. Don’t be afraid, raw meatballs remove the oil from the bulgur, but add it in a controlled manner.
- Finally, crush the raw meatballs on the tray with your palms and knead for 3-4 minutes. Shape and serve with lots of greens. Enjoy your meal
