Ingredients for Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe in a Robot Like Turkish Delight

  • Fine raw bulgur wheat in 2.5 glasses of water
  • 2 glasses of boiled water
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 glass of olive oil
  • 1/4 (quarter) glass of pomegranate syrup
  • 1.5 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 1.5 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons spoon isot
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of new spice
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 3 dessert spoons of ready-made raw meatball spice mix (I use the 500 gram bagdat brand, adding is optional)
  • 1 small tea glass of oat flour (for a Turkish delight consistency)
  • 1/2 (half) bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 (half) bunch of spring onions

  1. Take bulgur in a deep bowl, add boiled water to it, mix it with a spoon, cover it and let it brew for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion, grated garlic and salt to the brewed bulgur and knead by hand for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients except parsley and spring onions and knead by hand until well blended. n and cover it and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
