  1. First, let’s take 2 cups of bulgur with meatballs in a deep bowl, take 1.5 teaspoons of salt and 2 cups of water, mix it and cover it with cling film

  6. All After putting the ingredients, let’s start crushing with a blender, Let’s crush our mortar with a blender for about 10 minutes, from top to bottom. (Let’s do this by resting our robot with 2-3 minutes intervals so that the machine does not burn. )
  7. Let’s knead it with our hands in 2-3 turns to get the final consistency and shape it by squeezing. Homemade raw meatballs are ready to serve.
