  • 2 tablespoons of 7 spices
  • 1 tablespoon of ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 5-6 green onions
  • 5-6 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup

How to Make Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe

  1. 1 kg raw meatballs Pour the bulgur into the tray. Add 6 glasses of hot water and 2 glasses of broth boiled for 5 minutes.

Stir in low heat for 4-5 minutes, that is, fry it.
  5. Then mix the bulgur and sauce and knead them together.
  6. Add the very finely chopped green onion and continue kneading. Add 5-6 spoons of pomegranate syrup, which will have the consistency of gum, and make it ready to serve.
