Ingredients for Noodles (Winter Preparations 1)

  • 4 kg of flour

Noodles (Winter Preparations 1) Recipe Preparation

  1. The ingredients are added slowly and our dough is kneaded.
  2. Meringues are made. It makes about 23 meringues.
  3. We open the meringues to the size of a tea tray.
  4. The meringues that have been opened are laid out on a flat surface and allowed to dry on their own. (In some regions, it is cooked lightly by turning it on a sheet metal) After about 30 minutes-45 minutes, we start the cutting process.
  5. We divide a phyllo dough into two and then four as seen in the photo. Then four quarters are placed on top of each other and cut about two finger widths. As seen in the photo, we cut them into four or six pieces (as many as you can easily) by placing them on top of each other.
  6. The noodles we cut are laid on a clean cloth and allowed to dry at room temperature for about 3-4 days. < li>Dried noodles are stored in a cloth bag. If we remove it before it is completely dry, there may be mold. If they are stored in nylon bags, mold growth may occur. Noodles, which are fully dried and put in cloth bags, should be stored in a cool place that does not see much sun. ENJOY.
