  • 5 small boiled potatoes (Peeled and crushed)
  • Amount in 1 bowl water (while kneading the bulgur, we can add water from time to time to soften the bulgur when it dries)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 150 grams ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • 3 tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil

How to Make Potato Meatballs Recipe

  1. In the first place, we fry the ground meat on low heat until the water evaporates and add finely chopped onion, pepper and oil into it.
  2. All of them We roast it together and add black pepper and salt at the end (if you wish, you can add 1 sugar spoon of pepper paste or 1 teaspoon of paprika to your ground beef to give it a little color)
  3. We roast the onions and peppers until they become soft, and then they are ready to serve.
  4. Add all the ingredients except potatoes to the bulgur, which we soaked and kept waiting beforehand, and knead well with the help of water.
  5. Then we add potatoes and continue to knead again, and when it gets a soft consistency, we stop the kneading process and pour olive oil on a serving plate of your choice. You can lubricate the inside of your hand and arrange our meatballs in small pieces.
