- 1 green pepper
- 150 grams ground beef
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper

- 3 tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil
How to Make Potato Meatballs Recipe
- In the first place, we fry the ground meat on low heat until the water evaporates and add finely chopped onion, pepper and oil into it.
- All of them We roast it together and add black pepper and salt at the end (if you wish, you can add 1 sugar spoon of pepper paste or 1 teaspoon of paprika to your ground beef to give it a little color)
- We roast the onions and peppers until they become soft, and then they are ready to serve.
- Add all the ingredients except potatoes to the bulgur, which we soaked and kept waiting beforehand, and knead well with the help of water.
- Then we add potatoes and continue to knead again, and when it gets a soft consistency, we stop the kneading process and pour olive oil on a serving plate of your choice. You can lubricate the inside of your hand and arrange our meatballs in small pieces.
