How to Make Potato Meatballs Arabian Kebab (Antakya Style) Recipe

  1. First of all, we boil our potatoes.
  2. We put our ground beef in a pot and leave it to fry on low heat. .
  3. Add finely chopped onions on the roasted ground beef and fry it some more.
  4. Add spices and tomatoes and let it cook on low heat.
  5. On the other hand, we take our bulgur and tomato paste into our mixing bowl. We add dry basil and cumin to it and start kneading with cold water.
  6. When the bulgur becomes soft, we add the mashed potatoes and knead well. We shape and serve our meatballs that have a consistency.
