- First of all, we boil our potatoes.
- We put our ground beef in a pot and leave it to fry on low heat. .
- Add finely chopped onions on the roasted ground beef and fry it some more.
- Add spices and tomatoes and let it cook on low heat.
- On the other hand, we take our bulgur and tomato paste into our mixing bowl. We add dry basil and cumin to it and start kneading with cold water.
- When the bulgur becomes soft, we add the mashed potatoes and knead well. We shape and serve our meatballs that have a consistency.
