- We combine bulgur and water Let’s take it in a bowl and wait for it to absorb the water.
- Let’s grate the onion or pass it through the blender and squeeze the juice.
- Let’s take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them well, then let’s grind them in a blender or robot machine for 10-15 minutes.
