- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 large onion

- 3-4 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- Half a tea glass of isot
- 1 tablespoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Half a tea glass of sumac

- Grated onion and garlic im. I shoot on the machine. It doesn’t matter if you grate it.
- Let’s wet the bulgur with hot water, add the grated onion and garlic to the bulgur and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
- Then we throw all the other ingredients and mix it well with a spoon. Until the color and spices are well dispersed into the bulgur.
- I put 3/1 of the çiğköfte in the robot and grind it. Let’s do it by putting it little by little without forcing our machine, and let’s continue until it’s finished.
- After the process in the machine is finished, you can knead it a little and shape it with your hand.
