Ingredients for Practical Meatless Çiğköfte (With My Different Recipe) With Its Delicious Taste

  • 4 cups of brown mixed bulgur with meatballs

  • 2 medium sized grated onions
  • 4 cloves of grated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of chili paste
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • Half a tea glass of tomato sauce or ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise( otherwise strained yogurt or fresh yogurt may be)
  • Squeezed juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of mint
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • Half a tablespoon of paprika
  • Less than half a tea glass of isot pepper li>
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet ground pepper

Practical Meatless Çiğköfte (Different Flavor) How to make (with my recipe)?

  1. First of all, let’s wash the bulgur thoroughly with tap water and strain the water by pressing lightly with our hands, so that the bulgur grains do not spill into the pool.
  2. Pour the bulgur we strained by putting it on a glass of water. Let’s fry it thoroughly with ½ glass of olive oil.
  3. Let’s add salt to the bulgur that we roasted in the pot, turn off the heat and close the lid and let it brew so that the heat of the pot softens with the steam.
