Practical Meatless Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation

  1. First, I put the bulgur in a bowl where I will knead it, pour boiling water on it and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

  4. For this, first I grate the onion, squeeze the juice and put the pulp in the roondo.

  6. When the bulgur was ready, I poured the sauce I prepared on it and kneaded it well in a professional mixer. If you do not have this type of mixer, you can also use a hand blender.
