Ingredients for Practical Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 1 glass of fine brown bulgur
  • 1 glass hot water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of isot
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of sumac
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Two fingers missing olive oil from half a glass
  • Salt

How to Make Practical Raw Meatballs Recipe

  1. For the meatballs, use boiling hot water We take it into a clear bowl, add our fine brown bulgur on it, mix it once and close the lid. Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. For the stuffing: Put tomato paste, pomegranate syrup, isot, red pepper, grated onion (I grated it finely), sumac, crushed garlic, walnuts, black pepper, cumin, salt and olive oil in the kneading tray.
  3. In the meantime, our meatballs will have listened. We put the swollen meatballs on the kneading tray and mix the ingredients together. You can increase the spice according to your taste.
  4. We pass the mixed ingredients through the robot.
  5. Take them back to the kneading tray. We knead a little, then we put it in the fridge with cling film, if it rests for at least 2 hours, both the consistency will be very good and the ingredients will be fully mixed.
  6. We shape and serve the rested raw meatballs.
