Ingredients for the Instant Meatballs Recipe
- 2 cups of bulgur for meatballs
- 2 water glass of hot water
- 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 dessert spoon of salt (I didn’t add salt because tomato paste is salty)
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 tea glass of isot (you can increase or decrease depending on your liking for bitterness.)
- 1 and a half tablespoons of chili pepper
- 1 tea glass pomegranate syrup
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 grated onion(make sure to squeeze out the juice)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tea glass of walnuts
Sipşak Raw Meatballs Recipe Preparation
- First, pour 2 glasses of hot water over the bulgur and cover it for about 15 minutes. Let it sit.
- You can prepare the ingredients while the bulgur is waiting.
- Then add the other ingredients to the swelling bulgur at the end of the time.
- Mix with a spoon and blend for about 10 minutes with a blender.
