Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 cups of bulgur for meatballs
  • 1 medium boiled meatballs to thicken the potato

How to Make Raw Meatballs Recipe

  1. You can prepare a very good raw meatball by pulling all the ingredients except the greens in the food processor.
  2. Let’s put bulgur, finely chopped onion, flakes, tomato paste, spices and salt on our tray.
  3. Don’t put water first, mix the bulgur and the ingredients well and knead, give a little water from time to time and knead until it gets thick. .
  4. When the bulgur is soft, peel the potato and add it in.
  5. Knead until the potatoes are not visible in it, taste it, and if it is soft and has the consistency of raw meatballs, let’s add finely chopped green onions, parsley and garlic and knead.
  6. As it dries, add water little by little once in a while, when it comes to a consistency, let’s heat the oil in a pan, add it to the meatballs, mix it well and collect it. Let’s prepare it as jams on the serving plate. Let’s serve it with ayran, some knead it in the machine, I have never tried it.
