
Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 1 glass of brown fine bulgur
- 1 glass of fine bulgur for meatballs
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Half a tea glass of isot

- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tea glass of oil
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste (tomato and pepper mixed)
- Half a lemon
Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation
- Wet the bulgur with hot water by adding salt, and after 5 minutes Let’s brew it for a minute.
- Then we grate the onion and garlic, wash and drain the onion and squeeze the juice into the bulgur.
- Then we throw all the other ingredients and mix it well with a spoon.
- We knead the color and spices until the bulgur is well dispersed.
