Raw Meatballs

Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 1 glass of brown fine bulgur
  • 1 glass of fine bulgur for meatballs
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Half a tea glass of isot
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tea glass of oil
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste (tomato and pepper mixed)
  • Half a lemon

Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation

  1. Wet the bulgur with hot water by adding salt, and after 5 minutes Let’s brew it for a minute.
  2. Then we grate the onion and garlic, wash and drain the onion and squeeze the juice into the bulgur.
  3. Then we throw all the other ingredients and mix it well with a spoon.
  4. We knead the color and spices until the bulgur is well dispersed.
  5. I kneaded it for about 30 minutes and it’s ready.
  6. It gets a better consistency if we mix it a couple of times with our hands. Then we serve it with lettuce. Enjoy your meal
