- In a deep bowl, add bulgur and hot water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- While the bulgur is resting, isot, oil, paprika, cumin, lemon, pomegranate syrup and black pepper are mixed in a bowl and blended thoroughly. It is squeezed.
- Pour onion, garlic, tomato grater, tomato paste, pepper paste and the spice mixture we prepared in the bowl into the rested bulgur and mix well.
