Raw Meatballs

Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 cups of raw meatballs bulgur
  • 1 glass of hot water (for soaking the bulgur)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of isot
  • 2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tea glass of ground walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Half a tea glass of sweet ketchup
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of allspice
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper pomegranate syrup
  • Half a tea glass of oil
  • Parsley

Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation

  1. First, let’s put the bulgur in a bowl and pour hot water on it and cover it to soften it.
  2. Chop the onion very thin.
  3. Let’s put tomato paste, pomegranate syrup, ketchup and spices in another bowl and mix them together.
  4. We will add the oil and parsley last.
  5. Pour the onion and the sauce we prepared on the bulgur that we have soaked. Let’s knead for a minute.
  6. Let’s chop the parsley finely and pour it over the meatballs together with the oil.
  7. After kneading for another 10 minutes, our meatballs are ready to be served.
