Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 cups of bulgur for meatballs
  • 1 onion
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 6 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 fingers missing olive oil from 1 tea glass
  • Quarter tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 lemon
  • Oregano
  • Cumin
  • Sumac

How to Make Raw Meatballs Recipe

  1. Chop our onions into small pieces and fry them.

  4. Chop the parsley and garlic finely.

  6. Add the remaining tomato paste, pomegranate syrup and lemon juice. Let’s mix it all together with the help of a spoon. Let’s pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil into our food processor and repeat each time. Let’s repeat the same process for the whole bulgur.
  7. Let’s add the parsley and garlic and continue to pass it through the robot, again with 5-6 spoons.
  8. Let’s give shape and wait for it to cool in the fridge. Note: When we pass the robot through the city, we will get a more full recovery consistency, but in our 2nd pass, it will get a consistency that is collected in the robot and we will have raw meatballs like Turkish delight.
