Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 1.5 cups of raw bulgur for meatballs
  • 1 cup of boiling water water

How to Make Raw Meatballs Recipe?< /h2>

  1. Take a bowl of bulgur and add water to it.
  2. If this is not enough for soaking, you can add it.
  3. Then cover it and add water to it.
  4. Let it rest for at least 15-20 minutes.
  5. After the bulgur has rested, we put it in the food processor and add tomato paste, lemon juice and spices on it.
  6. Put it through the robot for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. < li>Then we put it in the mixing bowl and add the greens and garlic and knead for about 10 minutes.
  7. Add the pomegranate syrup and oil.
  8. Knead until well mixed.
  9. Then We put the lettuce on a plate and squeeze the meatballs on it.
  10. We serve it by adding parsley, green onion, pickles and lemon.
