
Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 2 cups of fine bulgur
- 1 tea glass of isot< /li>
- One teaspoon each of mint paprika cumin sumac basil
- 1 full tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic
- 1 tomato
- 1 lemon li>
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup (you can increase or decrease as much as you want)
- Half a bunch of parsley
- Half a bunch spring onions
- 2 cups olive oil
- To add while kneading ;3-4 grated tomatoes
Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation
- Take bulgur, isot, spices and tomato paste into our mixing bowl.
- Then grate the onion, garlic and tomato on it.
- Let’s peel and chop the lemon into small pieces.
- Add the pomegranate syrup and start kneading.
- As soon as you realize it’s dry, cut the grated tomatoes. Let’s add it little by little and keep kneading until it has the consistency of gum.
- Let’s add the fresh onion and parsley to the small kneaded meatballs.
