Ingredients for False Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 cups of brown fine bulgur
  • 1, 5 glass of boiled water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoons of chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder (use less if you don’t like it too hot)
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2.5 tablespoons of isot
  • 1 teaspoon of oil/ olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1.5 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • Half a tablespoon sumac
  • 1 large grated onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated (onion and yellow imsak juice will be squeezed out)
  • Optional half a mean of finely chopped parsley

How to Make False Raw Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Brown bulgur is poured into a suitable bowl and hot water is added to it. It is kept covered for 15 minutes. Garlic and onion are grated and juice is squeezed out.
  2. All ingredients except parsley are added to the softened bulgur. I kneaded in the dough kneading machine for 20 minutes, and lastly, I took a break from the blender and spent 3 minutes with up and down movements. (Considering the possibility of the blender motor heating up, please do a little bit and then take a short break and pull again.
  3. Add your parsley and shape it. Bon appetit to those who will try it.
