Raw Meatballs How to Make the Recipe
- Put the grated onion and garlic in a meatball bowl and add our bulgur.
- Knead well until the onions and garlic are melted
- Then We add the grated tomato and continue kneading until it becomes soft.
- We add the sauce we have prepared and knead it.
- We continue the kneading process by pouring a little water on our meatballs, which have softened well, until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Then we add the oil, which we fry and leave to cool.
- After we eat the oil well, we shape it and put it on the serving plate.
