Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 3 cups of brown bulgur
  • 3 and a half cups of boiling water water

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup

How to Make Raw Meatballs Recipe

  1. First, we put our raw meatball bulgur into a deep bowl and add salt to it. Mix it lightly with our hands and add three glasses of boiling water to it.
  2. We dissolve one broth bouillon in half a glass of water and add it to the bulgur. Mix the bulgur for a couple of turns with a spoon and cover it with a lid.
  3. Then we grate the onion and squeeze out its juice. We add this to the bulgur. Then we add garlic, tomato paste, pomegranate syrup, lemon juice and all the spices and finally pour olive oil and mix all the ingredients with the help of a tablespoon.
  4. We take some of our bulgur mixture and put it in the food processor. We pass it through the robot for a few minutes and put it on the kneading tray.
  5. After doing the same process for all bulgur, we knead the raw meatballs on the tray with our hands for about 10 minutes and prepare them for service.
