Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons of isot
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of chili paste
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons of black pepper
- 1 full teaspoon of cumin
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups of bulgur (raw meatballs) li>
- Lemon
- Salt
- Red pepper flakes
How to Make Raw Meatballs Recipe?
- Let’s put 4 tablespoons of oil, 5 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of isot in a bowl and let them wait.
- With Onion Chop them into small cubes or pass them through a blender.
- Squeeze the onion juice and put it on our raw meatball tray.
- Then take the garlic out of its shells and beat it with a hammer or grate it. Put it on the tray.
- Peel the skins of 2 large tomatoes and grate them on the tray.
- Add 2 tablespoons of pepper paste to the tray.
- Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the tray.
- Add 2 teaspoons of black pepper.
- Add 1 full teaspoon of cumin to the tray.
- Add 2 cups of bulgur to the tray.
- Lemon , salt and red pepper are optional.
- Let’s knead the ingredients on the tray thoroughly.
