How to Make Raw Meatballs Recipe

  1. The bulgur is soaked with hot water. While the bulgur is soaking for 2-3 minutes, squeezed onion, grated garlic and tomato paste are added to the raw meatball tray and mixed. Then isot and spices that we soaked are added. A little more kneaded. Then pomegranate syrup is added. It is kneaded a little more.
