Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 2.5 cups of brown bulgur
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 tea glass of isot
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of red paprika
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 tea glass of pomegranate syrup
- Half sweet spoon of salt
- 1 medium onion
- 1 lemon juice
Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation
- Place the bulgur in a bowl and put 2 glasses of hot water on it. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
