Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 2.5 cups of brown bulgur
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 tea glass of isot
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of red paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • Half sweet spoon of salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lemon juice

Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation

  1. Place the bulgur in a bowl and put 2 glasses of hot water on it. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Put an onion through the processor and squeeze out the juice.
  3. Take the isot on a plate and pour hot water on it and let it sit.
  4. Put the raised bulgur in the food processor and On top of it, add the squeezed onion, and all the ingredients, and pass it through the robot. (*stop it from time to time and put the edges in the middle with a spoon to mix it all*).
  5. Then put it on a tray and knead it in your hands for a few more minutes and shape it.
