Raw Meatballs

Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 2.5 cups of fine bulgur
  • 1.5 glass of hot water
  • 1 tea glass of isot
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 3 dishes tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 4 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 grated onion
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation

  1. Take bulgur, tomato paste and spices to knead in a large bowl.
  2. Put the onion and garlic through a processor or a grater to make a puree.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the bulgur and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add a and start kneading.
