Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 cups of bulgur for meatballs
  • 2 cups of hot water
  • 1.5 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of basil
  • 1 tea isot glass
  • 3 teaspoons of chili pepper
  • Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 grated onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic

Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation

  1. First, we wet two glasses of bulgur with two glasses of hot water.
  2. Cover and let the bulgur swell for 15 minutes. We are waiting for it to come out.
  3. After the bulgur has swelled, we grate an onion on it and squeeze its juice.
  4. Add the onion and all the remaining ingredients and knead it a little.
  5. Then put it in the Çiğköfte tray. let’s knead it for 30 minutes and when it gets a consistency, let’s give it a shape by squeezing it with our hands.
  6. If you have time, if you leave it covered in the refrigerator for an hour, it will get a much better consistency and shape. Bon appetit.
