Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 2 cups of bulgur for meatballs
- 2 cups of hot water
- 1.5 tablespoons of pepper paste
- 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- 1 tea isot glass
- 3 teaspoons of chili pepper
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 grated onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation
- First, we wet two glasses of bulgur with two glasses of hot water.
- Cover and let the bulgur swell for 15 minutes. We are waiting for it to come out.
- After the bulgur has swelled, we grate an onion on it and squeeze its juice.
- Add the onion and all the remaining ingredients and knead it a little.
