Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 bowls of raw bulgur wheat
  • 2 onions
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of chili paste
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons of isot
  • 1 tablespoon of chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice
  • 1 and a half cups olive oil
  • Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • Parsley
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 bowls of boiling water

How to Make Raw Meatballs Recipe

< ol itempro p="recipeInstructions"> First of all, we take 2 bowls of raw meatball bulgur into a large bowl. We pour boiling water into these bowls and soak 1 and a half tablespoons of isot. After 5 minutes, we put the isotlu mixture on the bulgur, mix and cover. Then tomato paste and pomegranate syrup are added and kneaded. We add the spice and knead it once again. Then we have the meatballs at home, and we pass them 2 times in the old-fashioned meat grinder. It’s really good. We take the raw meatballs again in a large bowl and add the olive oil and knead well. You can make it without adding parsley and put it in the freezer. You can take it out and squeeze it on the serving plate as if it was just kneaded. Lastly, we shape the serving tray. I would definitely recommend you to try it, which is more beautiful and healthier than the ones you buy from outside ☺️.
