Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 2 cups of brown bulgur
- 1 glass of hot water
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
- 1 large onion
- 7 cloves of garlic

- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 bowl of spring onions
- 1 bowl of parsley
Preparation of Raw Meatballs Recipe
- Wet the bulgur in a meatball tray with hot water and then add 2 Let’s rest for a minute.

- You can also make it in a stand mixer if you wish. This time I mixed it slowly in the mixer and it was fine.
