  1. First, I put the bulgur in a deep bowl. I added 1 glass of boiling water and covered the bulgur so that it swelled, and set it aside.
  2. I pulled the peeled tomatoes, onions and garlic from the robot into a puree. I added this sauce on the swollen bulgur and kneaded it. Since I add little water to the bulgur, this tomato sauce will make the bulgur soft.
