Raw Meatballs

Ingredients for False Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 1 glass of fine bulgur
  • Half a glass of hot water
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 green onions

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper paste
  • Salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Your favorite greens, lemon and lettuce to consume with it

The Recipe for False Raw Meatballs

  1. Put the bulgur in a kneading bowl, pour hot water over it, cover it, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Chop the green onion and parsley finely.
  3. Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add some salt (which is added according to the salt ratio of your tomato paste) and whisk.
  4. Add the diced onion, garlic, lemon cut into 4 pieces, tomato paste and spices to the rising bulgur and start the kneading process.
  5. You may need to add water to our raw meatballs from time to time, continue kneading until our meatballs have a paste-like consistency.
  6. Let’s not forget to remove the lemon peels before adding the greens to our raw meatballs.
  7. Put the olive oil in a pan and cook the beaten eggs by mixing them in hot oil.
  8. Add the cooked egg to the raw meatballs immediately. (be careful not to burn your hands as the oil will be hot) and knead the egg until it is cooked.
